Wondering about the season so far in Illinois? Anyone had any success? Rut?

Yeah, 9 point first weekend.
slow weekend of the 15th, high winds and rain.
hoping this weekend will be more productive. Weather outlook if unchanged will be a positive note.

Son hunted last weekend near Champain saw small bucks and some does. Headed back out this weekend.
