you should create a fantasy type hunting system. so lets say you get 5 points for a doe 10 for a buck and 1 point for every ten pounds the deer weighs so a 120 pound doe would be 12 points. an antlered deer you get two points per antler. just an idea somethin like that would be coool.

Say what? we'd need a computer to figure the winner. Most hunters live in a fantasy world anyway.

I just had an idea (I know, scary!) but why don't we do a contest for best Fall picture taken? We have alot of guys on here that like doing photography and for some reason (probably b/c of the dryness) Missouri is having a BEAUTIFUL fall this year. I love those trees that turn every color except green! There is one in particular that every year I tell myself I'm going to take a picture everyday so that I can put it in a slideshow and watch how it turns from green, to dark red, to orange, to light orange, to dark yellow, then finally beautiful yellow-orange color!

What do ya'll think?

That does sound neat... we could even go a step farther and everyone puts in 3 pics of their BEST bucks for that upcoming season and then we'll have a draft to pick which bucks we want according to what we think they'll score in rack size, points and weight. Then when you kill a buck and if you don't have him on your "TEAM" then you have to record that info onto here and the person who has your buck gets the points. HERE'S the kicker.... just like in fantasy football there's injuries that can screw up your season... well when a buck is taken and they lost a point or maybe half the rack fell off when he hit the ground,, then you lose those points!

NOW THAT'S A MAN'S GAME AND IT WOULD HAVE ALL OUR WIVES SAYING: "WOULD YOU JUST GROW UP?!?!?!"

It's not a tough crowd here , we're all friends.... I know BB does some nice photo work. Got something interesting to share, post it. Nice to hear Tator has a soft, nature side to him.
