Sleep

I see others on line at 2am, that probably have to work in the morning. Sleep is really becoming a problem for me. Shift work just kills any sleep patterns. Retirement might cure the sleep issue??? How about you?

I go through spells of insomnia at least once a month lasts usually a week or less the more tired I get the harder it is to fall asleep sometimes a nice strong shot of adult beverage will help but not always

I have no issue with sleep at all unless something MAJOR is on my mind. Normally when I lay down in bed, it takes me about 2 minutes to fall asleep! My wife hates it. She's the type that has to "wind down" at night but then she could sleep for 10+ hours. She's a SLEEPER, BIG time. I typically get 7-8 hours and that's all I need.

Mama's the one with the sleeping issues. She'll be up until 2 or 3 a.m. and get up around 6. Don't see how she does it.

Me? Learned how to fall asleep anywhere, anytime while in the military. Just learned how to sleep whenever required and wherever I was at.

My in-laws sleep off and on all night long. They start to "doze off" in the recliners around 9:30pm or so, but they'll be up by 3am every DAY!
*believe me I know, lived with them for 3 months while remodeling our home!

I have friends, family and coworkers in other time zones and even countries.

Ditto. I once slept for three hours in a speaker cabinet at a rock concert. The funnier thing was I was meant to be working at the time!
