Buying the farm

I have a relativly nice place to hunt. its 15 minutes away, has a good quantity of deer per acre(actually more deer than the land is supposed to be able to support) but thats relative as the deer can come and go as they please, out of the preserve. And I can only hunt 8 designated weekends per season. And we are only allowed to shoot deer. I have spent the past couple of off seasons driving around and knocking on doors in an attempt to secure permission to hunt a more liberal woods. it has been froitless at best and a total waste of time at worst. I have desided to start looking for a piece of property. they are out there and some are pretty tempting. One link (see below) gives you an idea of what is available in the southern part of the state. I want something a little...a lot closer. I want to be able to spend weekends there putting in food plots ,setting up game cameras, boilding permanent stands etc etc.
