Its been raining at least once or twice a week for the last few weeks here. We're supposed to get thunderstorms today.

Everything equals out. you guys got slammed pretty good during the winter with precipitation. probably still enough to evaid drought conditions because of that.

how long since your last good rain?

actually we were way down on snow last winter. south of us got hammered. i agree it seems to average out so now i'm a little afraid of what may happen this fall/winter.

Just the opposite here - we've had a ton of rain all spring and summer. Thing is, out here it'll probably stop and not rain again until September. You never know.

We just ended our dry spell as well and got some rain today.. The good thing is the grass quit growing.. The bad so did the garden..

Killed a snake a week ago or so and hung it over the fence!! It still didnt rain.. Those old timers are turning in their grave..
