It has to be a higher bag limit than two because of the over population problem here around DC. There are politician droppings everywhere you step and the smell of PS is overwhelming.
Probably couldn't get js for them as they aren't good for anything. Easy tracking though just follow the special interest herd and you'll know what side of the fence to hunt on.
Night hunting with Flashlights should be an option for those varmints too!

Spotlights would not be needed because they do all of there shopping on 14th st in DC, lots of street lights there. Atleast that is what is always in the news when they get caught.
