Default Another cat

Anybody remember I posted a pic of a big mountain lion last year that was supposedly hit by a vehicle in Upstate NY??? Well there is another pic (text) going around about one hit again but I figured it's garbage but here it is.

Joel, isn't there info on the NYS DEC website about stuff like this? I thought that all animals have to be reported or something.
