Well I just conpleted my online application for the first ever quota hunt in Tennessee for Elk. I never though I would see it in my lifetime. There hasn't a sustainable population od wild elk in Tennessee since the 1800's. There are a whooping 5 permits available for the October hunt.

I think I will wait before I schedule my time off work, but hey somebody's gonna get drawn.

Slim odds Buckshot but alot of Tennesseans prob dont even know about yet.. And then alot of the other ones are like myself and want take the time to fill out the app.. Good luck.. Like you said somebody's got to get it..
