Christmas Cards to recovering soldiers

Christmas cards

Please pass this on !!!

When mailing your Christmas cards this year, take one card and send it
to this address. If we pass this on and everyone sends one card, think of how many cards these wonderful special people who have sacrificed so much would get.

When you are making out your Christmas card list this year, please include the following:

A Recovering American Soldier
c/o Walter Reed Army Medical Center
6900 Georgia Avenue,NW
Washington,D.C. 20307-5001

thanks thats a great idea

Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison.
Genesis 27:3 "The thinking deer hunter should mature through three phases during his hunting life. First phase, "I need to kill a deer." Second phase, I want to harvest a nice deer. And last phase, we must manage this resource so our children and their children can experience the grand tradition of good deer hunting." - Jim Slinsky

We tried this from my place of employment last year and it seem that this may have been canceled due to some anthrax scares or something. We make explosives for the U.S. and try to do all we can. Maybe check Snopes.com for any releases.

I heard this today as well.

I'm gonna check with my local VA Clinic or Veterans Affairs Officer to get some answers.

Our active service members who are mending need to hear from us, that we support them and are praying for them.
