Will the vets stand up!!

I meant to make this post last week but got busy and it slipped my mind.

If your a vet I would like you to make a simple response to this post of what branch you served in and any wars you were a part of.

I have a certain respect for vets and was wondering how many and who they are on our forums. Thanks again for what ya'll have done and continue to do.

Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch.
Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the outcome of the vote.

Not quite a vet yet but im only a couple months away. I can taste that butter bar im so close.

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."
