Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison.
Genesis 27:3 "The thinking deer hunter should mature through three phases during his hunting life. First phase, "I need to kill a deer." Second phase, I want to harvest a nice deer. And last phase, we must manage this resource so our children and their children can experience the grand tradition of good deer hunting." - Jim Slinsky

Yeah I seen on the news where New Jersey was getting a good one. I doubt us Tennesseans have anything to worry about..

I wish I could get snowed in for a couple of days. A hunting I would go. Got a woodstove for heat and to cook on. The neighbors without heat can come sleep at my house.. We could have a good ol time.

I LOVE hunting when there's snow on the ground.
This morning I woke up to about 1-1/2 inches on the ground and none of the hunting season are open.

the next open season is Youth weekend it's Nov 8th & 9th
Our rifle season doesn't begin until Nov. 15th - 30th.

I'm with you BB, I love hunting with it snowing out, not windy, just quiet woods and falling snow, well some soft footsteps would be ok.
