Been awhile

I know it's been a while but I'm still here. My computer doesn't work so I have a temp. At least now I can get online. Good news though, bought a new bow and it is on lay-a-way so I can't hunt with it this year, but I am still excited and even though I was thinking about a recurve I went with what I knew and bought a Bowtech.

I got the General, and that was before I knew abot the exploding limbs so as soon as I get it I will probably want to have the limbs replaced.Since it is a recall.

Wow.. Nice bow.. I was looking at a bowtech mag at work and noticed that was a good lookin setup. I did not know they were recalled though. I just looked it up and they said its a less than 1% chance it would fail. Thats still not good and i would definitly get the new limbs put on but thats not horrible bad.. I hope they caught it before anyone got hurt to badly. I hope i never know the feelin of a bow blowing up on me.

welcome back was wondering what happened i just heard about the general ,that stinks but at tleast they are gonna fix it and you didnt get hurt

Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison.
Genesis 27:3 "The thinking deer hunter should mature through three phases during his hunting life. First phase, "I need to kill a deer." Second phase, I want to harvest a nice deer. And last phase, we must manage this resource so our children and their children can experience the grand tradition of good deer hunting." - Jim Slinsky

yes welcome back Critter, I second what Joel said.

Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the outcome of the vote.
