My niece was very fortunate to be given one of these homes. The rule was she had to put in 900 hours between her house and others close by. After ten years the home is her's to sell. Seeing the pictures of her roofing and building her own home was something to remember. Lots of thiefs around here also, especially new construction sites.

Oh?? Where bouts? I grew up in Sedalia. I live between Mayfield & Fancy Farm now. You close by?
