storms

The NW part of Ohio has been hit with severe storms for almost three straight weeks. Probably in excess of 7-8 inches of rain. Anyone getting these storms? As I write this under a tornado watch with high winds and another 1-2 inches of rain!

Well around here it is so dry that our yard is burnt......like instead of being green it is black!

Tell me and I forget. Show me and I remember. Involve me and I understand.

For the last 2 days it has been very, very hot and humid. Today we've had a major downpour towards late afternoon but that's about all. HM I used to drive truck in the Youngstown area and there were always serious T-storms and tornado watches and all that fun stuff.

Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison.
Genesis 27:3 "The thinking deer hunter should mature through three phases during his hunting life. First phase, "I need to kill a deer." Second phase, I want to harvest a nice deer. And last phase, we must manage this resource so our children and their children can experience the grand tradition of good deer hunting." - Jim Slinsky
