Default Memorial day weekend BBQ

so i went to the freezer and pulled out a side of deer ribs and 10lbs of veni to be ground up into burgers sausage patties ,may make some kabobs and some chicken.got the hot dogs,buns etc.plus some fresh fruit and veggies.pleanty of charcoal and hickory/applwood for the smoker..Whats on everyones elses menu for the weekend?

sorry to spoil the mood but.... WORK.. all stinking weekend.. 12.5 hrs a night. Its overtime though. and Im the one that volunteered for it. Need the money for the house purchase and such..

But I am off on Monday.. Hamburgers and stuff on the grill. Nothing to fancy this year. Hope everyone has an enjoyable safe weekend..

Probably ribs on the BBQ on monday, The rest of the weekend is trying to wrap up projects around the house and of course put out the flag.

Having a huge picnic at Allegany State Park this weekend and then going east to NYC to eat at Joel the signmans place who could say no to that menu Joel, sounds real good.
