Great job Onehorse! That is some great info. A taxidermist can only repair so much I donated two capes this year for deer that had set out to long. People just don't think sometimes.

Good stuff.

Very well done and an easy read which is good for me. When I do turkey hunting seminars, that's one of the things I always say. If you are going to get a full mount or cape or whatever talk to the taxidermist before you shoot the turkey and see what he/she wants you to do. Pantyhose works well for birds. push the bird in head first and cut the toe out and pull the bird through. keeps the feathers from getting wrecked. Good job One Horse
