sending a pic

What am I doing wrong when trying to post a pic? keeps telling that its to big or something? Is there anyone that can help with this? OR can I send then to someone to post? thanks for your help. Brucebruce I think you have a couple that my buddy sent you. thanks again.

the pic size in the gallery has to be smaller than 500kb. you would have to resize it on your home computer software first before you can post it.

Are you trying the gallery or the forums?

gallery. If that's the case and I suspect you are correct I'll have to wait for my daughter to get home from school to help me figure out this goofy box. But I'd try the forum if that's how you get a pic on the left. thanks

the pics on the left of each persons name is called an avatar. is that what your talking about? let me look that up real quick and see if i can walk you through it

ok to add a custom avatar you have to click on the USER CP tab at the top of your screen. once you get to that page click on EDIT AVATAR. It is located on the left side of your screen. Then you can browse your computer to upload a pic of your custom avatar or use one that you have found online at some other site. Please notice the size it has to be though. I think it said 19.5 kb or smaller. You may have to get some help on resizing it to that small of a size from your daughter
