I enjoy watching the Mountain Men series.Their demonstrations of wilderness skills is interesting. They depict a subsistance lifestyle that many of us would like to at least experience. The question comes to mind though,do they make provisions for old age or disability when they can no longer actively live off the land?Do they qualify for social security or any programs paid for by taxpayers?
That's my favorite show. I love learning and hearing about their lives. I especially like Tom Orr and the guy in Alaska. Eustace is a little spazzy at times! Great show!
