The deck

Well got up at 5:30am this morning and started on the deck. I have to admit, it looks great. First time I've ever stained it along with sealing it. I finished the job up this evening right before I was attacked by horseflies. I swear, those things are relentless here. They won't leave you alone until you allow them to land on you and smack them dead. I'll post some pics of the deck job tomorrow

We hand-brushed the entire thing. Last time we did it, I rolled it and wasted over half of what we bought. Last time we used 10 gallons... this time we used 6 gallons. Took forever and my knees are sore as ever, but it looks 10x better and we saved about $130 doing it this way.
Believe me OTF- this is NOT something I enjoy what-so-ever. Hoping to not have to do it again for about 3 years.
