I don't know about the rest of you but in NW Ohio we have had a great weekend weather wise. I have been able to get a lot of outdoor projects done like painting shutters, garage doors, lawn furnature, ect. Ya the shoulder feels like someone hit me with a sledge hammer but things are getting done. So I hope everyone has a great weekend and spends time with family which reminds me I have to go to my daughter's home to finish the giant swing/play fort. It has taken over 10 hours to put the darn thing together. Remember all those who have given their all so that we can be free is what makes our country the best ever! Thank a solder whenever you have the oppertunity! This is the holiday to say thanks and to remember their sacrifices.
Burlington free press report on Rain, SNOW & Flooding <-click for story
It's been raining here for 3 days straight now, some parts of Vermont are getting hammered with SNOW...:ranting:
it's just now finally starting to look like the last of the storm clouds are heading away and hopefully
we'll have sunshine tomorrow so I can get some outside chores done beginning with mowing the lawn.
I Also want to say how grateful my family and I are to all the soldiers (Past, Present & Future) who serve our country proudly....
I'm officially getting tired of rain. My green beans didn't take this year (bad seed) and now I have been waiting 2 weeks to replant. The soil doesn't have time to dry out so I can replant. Corn is up and going strong. Tomatoes are about half and half- half look good, half look so-so. Zuccini (sp?) and cucumbers are looking good too.
same weather here as Bruce will be HOT for the next few days Rain again on Sunday
