Pain does change you and can make you miserable.When i get to feeelin sorry for myself i think of my brother who suffered for four years with cancer in Childrens hospital and died.This snaps me outta of it and makes me feel like a complete ass.Keep it in perspective LIFE IS GOOD.

today is day 5 after surgery. doc said to not take bandage off until I see him again,well bandage got wet at hunt camp this weekend and looks like its gonna scare ugly

Hope all goes well with the healing. For me I would never have won a best in class award before all the surgeries so I never worry about a scar here and there. In fact a couple of more and then the lightening bolts get attached to the neck and light me up. We're still the same inside and that's all that counts!
