Got home yesterday. Now have three hanging in the garage and a 10-12 hour meat cutting day. Neighbor is going to help this morning.

Sounds like a good trip! I am glad to hear you are having such a good year.. I have never cut up three in one day. Good thing you have some help though.

3:15 pm, been at it since 6am. Starting to grind the burger/suet mix. Should be done tonight sometime.

Got done last night about 7pm. Long day. Haven't done three in a long time. probably since my dad and brother were still hunting. Not as young as I once was....... cause man I feel it this morning. I think it's time to teach the nephew how to cut up his own deer.
