My thoughts and prayers all weekend have been with you guys up in the northeast and along the eastern coast. I know there's alot of you guys who live up that way... make sure you guys use extra precaution... I know you've heard it from everyone already but this storm looks like it could be about as bad as bad can be.

I'm watching the effects of Sandy in southern PA.I removed limbs near my neighbors house and over my wires.The center is going to pass over us.The eye of hurricane Hazel passed over our home in the 1950's and hurricane Agnes flooded our area in 1972.

i am in southwest VA so we are not getting it as bad as most but we are getting winds in excess of 50MPH and snow now... waiting to see what happens next they say the worst will be tomorrow...

3212 stay safe up there and everyone else that will be getting hit worse than us.

Getting pretty windy and rainy here....just hope everybody pulls through it along the coast.

be safe everyone! At the western end of lake Erie we have 50 mph winds right now at 8:30pm. I know NY is taking a pounding. If the winds switch to the NE I will be flooded. Probably will not sleep much tonight. Hope everyone is ok!

hope yall dont get on the back side of it. Thats were you get the really bad stuff were the wind is whipped around

Anticlimatic here in South Central NY. It never got windy - maybe a strong breeze, some sprinkles. We are counting our blessings, they were calling for much worse. Hope all others fared as well.

I saw where West Virginia was getting pounded by snow last night. This storm is bad! Pics of NY city's subways flooded really put it into perspective.

We came through ok.50 mph winds,3 inches of rain.The leaves are down.

I hope everyone weathered the storm safely. Here in Vt. we got a little rain and a little wind nothing serious at all. Thank You Lord for looking over us.
