self bows

how manny of you all have made your own bow I have tried several times but failed to produce a reel shooter my goal is to harvest a deer with all self made equipment Ihunt part of the time with a compound and part of the time with a recurve do you think that I should stick to one or the other ? On the subject of making my own bow I have researched manny books they all help and each attempt gets better I hope the one I am working on now turns out alright If it does yall will all hear about! any advice from you guys would be great !

I wouldn't mind learning to shoot a traditional bow but I dont think I would have the paitience to see the project through.

Never made my own.....but I do shoot a recurve. There's no comparison the feeling you get when you take a deer with a stick.

I am interested in this.. How do you go about makin your own your bow. Just carve one or something?

Cholesterol kills more people than guns do, makes laws to control that!

for building your own bow checkout The Archers Edge.they have a good build along to guide you thro. your first attempt at bow building. I.m in the process of making one myself.
