I have two friends that both own the Ghost 350, both are extremely happy with their choices.
I cannot say personally but I don't see how there could be 400 dollars worth of improvement from the 350 to the 400.
I enjoy saving a little money when I can so personally, I would choose the 350 and use the savings for a carry case, extra bolts, and other supplies that might come in handy.

I have a TenPoint and two Hortons. Both seem to be excellent products. I have on occasion, shot a Barnett and got along with it just fine. I also know the Excaliber is a quality product.
