Default pa 7 pt buddy shot,

having problems loading pictures, maybe it went so how about guessing the hanging weight. and somehow have in in rifle forum and should be in bow hunting but the picture was successful! I think it is where it should be now whew!

The vast majority of hunters over guess deer weights. This PA mountain buck scaled at 124 lbs. I guessed him at 135 prior to the official weigh in. I did have a slight advantage having scaled a few at 105-125. These are the average field weight bucks where we hunt. We guessed his age at 3.5 years. No prizes can be offered with such high poundage mistakes! See 3212 from PA knows what's happening but his guess was too far under.

145 lbs is the average live weight of the bucks I have taken in PA.This is in rifle season after the rut.They lose alot of weight in the rut.Last years buck weighed 147 lbs and yielded 64 lbs of venison.
