My weekend

Went up to the lease in Ga. it was the 2nd weekend of bow season. Been gun hunting along time but just started flinging arrows about 5 years ago. Have killed a few hogs with the Bowtech, but the whitetail has eluded me. After numerous mistakes through the last few years and learning from all of them, i FINALLY sealed the deal on Saturday afternoon around 6:30.. 17 yds shot. Not the biggest doe in my woods but i was glad to take her.

I still say my first bow kill on a whitetail (last Year) was the most exciting hunt I have ever done even though it was only a doe even better then the buck hanging on my wall which was also my first deer kill

Yeah a doe will excite the crap out of me with a bow. Congrats on the 1st one.

Just having one in bow range is a challenge.
