Starter bow for the NEW Bowhunter
 
In case anyone is looking and needs one...
Not all kids can draw back a 60 to 70 lb. compound !!


I just got a compound Bow for a first year Bowhunter.
It's a PSE Silver Hawk
28" - 30" adjustable Draw Length
45 - 55 Lb. adjustable Draw Weight
3 pin fiber optic sight
flipper arrow rest
6 arrow Quick Release quiver.

that is for sure a very inexpensive way to get into bow hunting. has he got it together and shot it yet?

Yes He's shot it and It's a great shooter. All I see wrong with it is, the arrow rest is just a flipper style and I think the Whisker Biscuits are safer for amateur shooters. so i'll be changing that to a Whisker Biscuit and it needs some String Whiskers to get rid of the twang other then that it's all set...

OH I want to add a peep site too BUT again that's just personal preference stuff...

yeah thats a good bow my friends got one. he also got a pse bow and i got a diamond edge. diamond edge is really good and im upgrading the limbs on it.
