Default Hello Guys

I'm new here to the forums and I don't know about you guys I'm excited for the upcoming bow season. I have actually been out a few times this year doing some scouting with the video camera, and I thought what the heck I'll throw the clips together and put it on the internet. I always enjoyed watching other people videos, I figured I might as well make one also.

This video was just two days of shooting at the beginning of August 2009. OHIO is the location!

*** At the beginning of the video its kinda annoying since I'm zooming in and out of plants, I wasn't able to get into a better position because there were deer behind me as well *** Didn't want to spook them.

Here is the video

ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.

Anyway anyone else who has any videos to share please post them, I would like to watch them!

Wow! Your video is very cool. Nice bucks. I have never taped a hunt before and now I am itching to do so. I would like to mount or clip a video camera on my deer stand and see what I could do myself.

About how far away would you say you were?

Also what magnification do you have on your camera?

And how do you post a video on the site anyway?

Once again I enjoyed it.

I'm anywhere from 35 to 150 yards away from all the deer in the video.

To be honest with you I have no idea at all. The camera I was using though is a NTSC 2R45 DIGITAL VIDEO CAMCORDER.

Well I uploaded a video onto you tube first. All you have to do when getting one of your videos from youtube to this site is.

When you go to start typing your message, look up at the top of the box you are writing in. You will see a little button that says You Tube. The You is in bold letters and the Tube is in a little red box underneath of it. Click on that. Once you clicked on it you will see two little brackets appear down where you typed. All you have to do is take the url from your video on youtube and place it in between the two brackets, and BOOM you have a video on this site!

Once again I enjoyed it.[/quote]

Cool man. Thanks for the video tips. Now one day when I make my own, I can share it with my DHC buddies.

Now there's a good idea...carry the camera when scouting.

I'll have to give that a try. Nice plots and nice deer you have there. What is that you have planted? The deer seem to be loving it.

Yeah I started taking my camera with me after I brought some stories back from previous scoutings. I got tired of people saying Bullcrap that didn't happen, or yeah right there is a big buck out there...etc So now I carry the camera as evidence.

This isn't my land, its actually my neightbors. Its a soybean field.
