I have been doing some looking around online at some different bows. I was considering the x force SS when I came across a video of a similar bow, the 2009 x force treestand GX. my question is, other than the video, search criteria pulls up almost nil on the bow. does this bow also go by the name x force 6? I am not by any means a PSE guru and this information and lack of, is rather confusing. Id like the full stats on the bow if possible.
I have the link below so we are on the same page. any clearafication would be great, Thanks

i got a xforce a couple years ago. now it seems there are all kinds of x forces this and xforce that. even at the shop i go to, a pse shop, the guy thinks its more of a marketing thing to have all the different types. the only thing i can suggest is make a trip to a pse shop and ask. the more questions you ask the more that are raised.

Yeah, thats what I figured. Hard enough sifting through all the different manufacturers hype and selecting a bow, then you have to do it all over again with one brand.

I had a Mach Flite 4 that I shot many deer with 20 years ago. I loved the bow. Years later, I bought a Browning Tornado, I think. Came from Cabelas, on clearance. I shot it for a month and it started making awful noises. I shot a great buck (129 5/8 net) with it, and then sent it back due to the noise. The replacement had a serving failure within 50 shots, so that one went back too. I spoke to the company about it, and was told that both Browning and PSE came out of the same factory. I ended up with a Martin, which I still shoot today. Love that bow, it is quiet and quick, but the quiet is what really shines. I shot 2 deer within 2 minutes this fall. They just don't id the noise.

Default In the past.

PSE has definetly come a long way in the past couple of years. It was a good reliable brand until the owner put his son in command. He than turned it into a bussiness that no one wanted to buy from. When the father saw what had happened to the bussiness he took back over and has been trying to regain the quality name. He has definetly done that with the 2009 bows and exspecially the x-force series.

Yeah, That seems so typical of businesses that are just handed down to the next generation. They just don't appreciate what they didn't have to WORK for.
