all right i see ya got it.yes it has an edit feature.when you upload the pic it will ask you to add a tag or name from there you can ascess the editing tools.

well first off that would be too big for an avatar so dont do it ok.but once your pic is downloaded you can click the edit tools and play around.i really cant explain but i can do it ya know?take some time and play around with it .photobucket cool cuz it can store all your pics.when my computer got wiped out i lost everything but what i had in photobucket its a great back up.
