seen them but haven't used them I love my Carbon Express Red Zones
don't like buying different arrows if I don't have to the CX are the best arrows I have used so I have stuck with them

I got 6 of the Black Eagle bolts. My plan was to use them to discharge the crossbow with. I shot them today and they shot ok, I will not go back to the full metal jacket bolts as they dent very easy.

whats the difference between crossbow arrows and reg bow arrows?

j/w

I do not know a lot about crossbows but there are a few here that will correct me if I am wrong or add to this
Cross bow arrows also called bolts are usually shorter, heavier & I think fletched differently
but in all reality it is just a short arrow with a different type of nock on it

ok thats what i though.. don't they have a stronger spine too?

gfdeputy2 08-14-2013 08:49 AM

I believe so I have heard people cutting down regular arrows for their crossbows But I would not recommend it I would stick to what the manufacture tells you to use. most srossbows have a lot of spank behind them

ya thats what i figured.. we cant hunt with them in washington so i won't own one..
