Unhappy pse firestorm lite

Well I have a pse firestorm lite(07 I'm guessing). I was just wondering if I can change the draw weight to be around 60lb. When I first bought the bow from my friend the draw weight was around 55lb. When I got the bow my little brother wanted to shoot it so I lowered the DW to about 20lb and now when I try to make the DW to 55lb or so it just doesn't go there. It only goes to about 30lb or 40. I use allen ranch to change the DW. The DW can't be tune up higher anymore cause you can't turn the Allen ranch Thingy anymore. So is there any other way for me to hit 50+lb DW again? I know the bow is capable of being 50lb but I just can't tune the DW with a allen ranch to 50. Please help!

the best advice I could give you is have a shop look at it. There could be something wrong with the Bow that you're not seeing like cable/string stretch (just one example)

Good Luck

I agree with Bruce Get it to a shop
from little research I did on this bow I don't see that the bow has that kind of range for draw weight. If you loosen those bolts to far you can damage the bow & cause serious injury to yourself

I agree with Bruce as well! I build strings for a living. Most of the bows that loose poundage is because the string is stretched and has creep. Original PSE strings are made out of BCY 8125 which stretches and creeps easy.
