Turtle I'm also in SC what public land are you hunting? I'm new this past season and didn't get started until Mid Nov. and season is over Dec. 31st. I managed to get an 8 point Buck for my first kill that weighed 165 lbs and I was really excited about that. I'm not intending to highjack this forum just interested in the feedback here.
