This will be my first year archery and have scouted a bunch still have to fine tune the bow but ordered broadheads and they sent the wrong ones.. soo im still too light to be legal.. ugh..
In washington your arrow has to be atleast 6 grains per pound of draw weight so my arrow is about 20 grains short of my targeted 6 grains per pound of draw weight..
I plan on shooting the crossbow tomorrow to see how the luminoks fly. Sad but my Diamond bow sits in its case. I do take it on my trips just in case.....
HM I just hope my body holds up a few more years
I will have a hard time having to put the Hoyt down
& hope laws change in a couple states before I have to
The Excalibur bolts with the lumenlok(spell?) lights flew perfect today, touching at 20 yds. Now have to get 3 more for the season. I really like the lights except the pain of pulling them back out as they are pretty tight and I needed pliers. There's no question you know where the bolt flew, very bright in sunny daylight. I'm hooked!
