We have a nature preserve in the city limits of Buffalo where there's old run down factories,old buildings, train yards, junk yards and such and there are huge deer there as well. They're not afraid of people at all, and they just go about they're business as usual. Sometimes they're seen on the major route that connects the city with the southern suberbs cuz it goes right along the preserve into the city, luckily there's a 35mph limit that eliminates most collisions. The preserve is pretty vast with cover and woods but it runs along the junk listed above. I have seen many big deer in there, the biggest I think was a 14.
