Thinking of a nice, crispy piece of walleye, white bass, or a perch. Not the big ones but more of a small/medium size. Deep fried in oil with the cornmeal/flour/bread crumb coating on them. Little salt and a cold one...can't wait for the canoe days in a few more weeks to hit the Allegany River for the walleye run. Just got me thinking that's all.
