Back ground checks should be mandatory. Waiting period, I'm not sure because I purchase and sell at gun shows as well as on-line. On-line purchases require a licensed gun dealer for everything but black powder in Ohio so a back ground takes place for hand guns and rifles. Doing away with gun shows would be a major issue with me. There's not much from the liberal side that I can agree with anymore.
