3212: as a Caregiver for MY wife (she has M.S.) since 2006, I can tell you that I can relate to the unpredictability of scheduling.

If it's not considered a "sissy" thing bub........I offer a huge MANHUG to you, knowing what it's like to care for an ailing wife. God's Blessing on you and yours.

Going back "on topic" a bit, concerning Field Dressing; I have settled on a set of Buck knives for that task. The 102 for the gutting, and the Gen 5 for the skinning. (I had bought the Wyoming Knife for skinning, but I decided to offer that as a gift to one of my Son-In-Laws, (the Captain in the Army). I think he'll get a big kick out of it!!
