 We are sitting on the ground up against deadfalls
We hunt State Forest where you are not suppose to have built up any stands. There are some around but we don't use them. I also find it is nice on the really cold years to be able to get up off the ground and move around a little to get the blood moving. Walking even 1/2 mile does wonders to warm you after sitting for a couple of hours in temps below 10 degrees.
