White Chili

I know this doesn't include vension or wild game, but thought I would let you in on a TATOR favorite. I love red chili so much that when my wife made this white chili- I turned my nose up at it. I now like this 10x better! Enjoy...

Creamy White Chili
1 lb boneless cubed chicken
1 med onion
1 1/2 tsp garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
2-15oz cans great northern beans (washed and drained)
3-14 1/2 oz cans chicken broth
2-4 oz cans chopped green chiles
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayanne pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

In large saucepan, saute onion, garlic and chicken in oil until chicken is no longer pink. Add beans, broth, chiles, and seasonings. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes- stirring occasionally. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream and whipping cream. Serve immediately. Serves 8

**More beans, broth and seasonings can be added to suit taste. Personally, I enjoy mine with more cumin, black pepper and cayanne pepper added!
