Well this week so far (starting Sunday) I have lost 10 pounds. The belly is slowly going away and the energy level is slowly increasing. I have to admit though, my quads are killing me from the exercise. I have ran about 4 miles this week and rode over 6 miles on an indoor bike. That's my goal is to get some sort of exercise once a day.
The other thing I have done is keep my calorie intake below 3,000 per day. Monday was the only day that I was above that (4,200). Every day since then has been under 3,000. I just keep drinking water and that helps with the hunger when thoughts of food pop up. Drink WATER! lol
...and on that day when my strength is failing, the end draws near and my times has come, still my soul will sing Your praise unending, ten thousand years and then forevermore!
