now if you can find one somewhere, a blocking mechanism that can be inserted into the 30round magazine that cannot be added and or removed without extensive dis-assembly could possibly be used. its like shotgun restrictions for 2 in the tube and 1 in the chamber.
In Illinois, and I will post the rules pertaining to coyotes . they are open game with almost absolutly no restrictions.
