Default Bullet weight for the 7mm mag
Hopefully some of the users of the 7mm mag will chime in but I would think that you would want to stay at 150gr and above. I know the 7mm-08 and 7mm mauser are factory loaded with the 140s. Having the extra case capacity would call for more bullet weight unless you are looking for hyper speed.
