Thumbs up buttermilk fried venison nuggets

chili power
red pepper flakes
black pepper
lawry's seasoning salt
garlic powder
plenty of peanut oil

--any cut of the deer will do as long as it was cleaned properly, cut into nugget sized chunks and place in large bowl pour enough buttermilk in the bowl to cover the meat, rest of the seasonings add to prefrence ( usually add a little more than you would if it was just the meat) stir it up and let it sit for at least 10 mins, get your oil preheated, get a good amount of flour in another bowl for dredging your nuggets, once your oil is ready 4-5 nuggets at a time cooking or more if you have a larger pan (just so they dont crowd and mess up the crust) don touch them till they start to float then roll them over slowly to get and even cook, light brown and they are as done as you want them to be, any darker and you'll end up with some tough peices, enjoy! :)
