Make a bowl of "Hot wing sauce" by melting butter with hot sauce and even add some other good spices if desired. Take small cubish cuts of meat wrap in bacon put a toothpick through to keep bacon wrapped. Grill both sides and then put all of them into the hot wing sauce cover bowl and shake it all up then using a fork or spoon you can take the little bite size spicy treats and put them on a plate and go to town. It's like a chicken wing with good spicy sauce---only venison and bacon.
