WD, all the 99's look this way with scopes. The rear base is higher than the front one. Makes them look a bit strange but it works. I used weaver bases and rings. Son had to let me know what my Christmas present is so I wouldn't go on-line and bid for one. Problem now is I probably won't shoot it till spring. I guess I could ask for an early Christmas!
