i agree.
another thing you can do, and its pretty radical, is get into his very core are long before daylight like 2:30 3:00am and wait him out. they may be nocturnal but they will move around in their bed room during the day if only 10 yards or less. you do risk blowing them right out of the neighborhood so what hm said is safer but not the only thing you can do. register and let us know how it goes.
