the 9th amendment says any and all rights, beyond, not mention in, the first eight amendments are mine and the state or federal government can not infringe on those rights.

doesn't making me buy something i don't want to buy and taxing me if i don't, and/or telling me i must purchase it to a standard the government sets, infringing on my Constitutional rights? i think so.
