 Crossbows
Crossbows are good for those who have to use them. I have had one for about 10 years and love it. Mine has a 4X scope on top so it shoots with great accuracy out to 45-50 yards. I tend to keep my shots shorter because they are loud and a deer can jump the bolt. Also as mentioned above they are heavy to carry and a little awkward until you get used to them. Once in your stand it is much like a short range rifle as far as there being no drawback motion to spook a deer. Shoulder it like a rifle and squeeze the trigger. Mine has Accu-Draw. A cranking system to cock it with. No way can I pull it back. Again as mentioned above, 10 Point is the way to go if you are serious about a crossbow. Cost a little more but quality and customer service are tops.
